I. Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with the operating principles of the equipment in this position, operate correctly according to the equipment operation procedures, and ensure smooth production. (The company provides pre-job training)

2. Strictly conduct on-the-job self-inspection, perform process quality control, and ensure that products meet quality standards.

3. Monitor the operation of the equipment, keep operation records, and promptly handle general problems during production.

4. When equipment or product quality abnormalities occur, promptly report to the section chief and actively handle them.

5. Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of equipment to maintain the equipment in good working condition.

6. Keep daily production records and truthfully fill out production reports, equipment maintenance, and mold adjustment records.

7. Communicate work information with the next shift employees in a timely manner and handle shift handover matters.

8. Suggest and implement plans to improve production safety, engineering quality, and cost savings.

9. Responsible for cleaning and tidying up the pipeline production equipment and work site.

10. Strictly abide by equipment operating procedures and safety regulations.

11. Effectively perform work temporarily assigned by superiors and strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations.

 

II. Education and Technical Requirements:

Secondary vocational school, secondary technical school or above, mechanical related (mechatronics, CNC, etc.) major is preferred.

           

III. Ability Requirements:

1. Healthy, hardworking, and able to accept high-temperature and noisy working environments

2. Accept shift work (two shifts, shift rotation according to regulations)
