I. Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the operating principles of the equipment in this position, operate correctly according to the equipment operation procedures, and ensure the smooth progress of production. (The company provides pre-job training)
2. Strictly conduct on-the-job self-inspection, do a good job of process quality control, and ensure that the products meet quality standards.
3. Monitor the operation of the equipment, keep good operation records, and promptly handle general problems during production.
4. When equipment or product quality abnormalities occur, report to the section chief in time and actively deal with them.
5. Responsible for the daily maintenance and maintenance of the equipment to keep the equipment in good working condition.
6. Keep good shift production records, truthfully fill in production reports, equipment maintenance, and mold adjustment records.
7. Communicate work information with the next shift employees in a timely manner and do a good job of shift handover.
8. Propose and implement plans to improve production safety, engineering quality, and cost savings.
9. Responsible for the cleaning and organization of pipeline production equipment and the work site.
10. Strictly abide by the equipment operation procedures and safety regulations.
11. Effectively fulfill the work temporarily assigned by superiors and strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations.
II. Education and Technical Requirements:
Secondary specialized school, secondary technical school or above, majoring in machinery (mechatronics, CNC, etc.) are preferred.
III. Ability Requirements:
1. Healthy, hardworking, and able to accept high-temperature and noisy work environments
2. Accept shift work (two shifts, shift changes according to regulations)
